It's week 4

I haven't been writing this blog for so long.
It's time to start all over again.

During the weeks, I kind of get used to the life in college already. Fast and freedom. Well, of course, have to start to work hard now.
I have to do 4 continous assesments and will have to take 2 written exams. I prefer continous assesment rather than the written because I just couldn't force myself to remember all those theories.
I will try my best anyway!!

Study life started

Oh yes..
Student life had started.
No more hang around
No more lazy

Have to work hard.

Today I had a meeting with my professional written communication team members for discussed the report writing. I just relised that my English wasn't too enough in order for professional written communication.

Gosh, I have to work hard.

Wonderful

Today was great. I had my first Management, International Business and Professional Written Communication today. I quite like these modules.
The lecturer of the management was really humorous. He talked about his experiences and he tried to teach us by funny conversation. I caouldn't stop laughing.....
The lecturer of the written communication was really nice. He got really low voice but his teachings was good.
For the international business, the lecturer is our course leader. His class was great and he is a nice lecturer.

It's only 4 days since I started the new life in College. Most things were settled at this stage. Therefore, from next week onward, I have to work very hard and I will try my best to learn.

Oh ya, I had a mushroom soup again for lunch in the sandwich bar in The Gallery..
I love the food in The Gallery..

Oh ya!! We will have day off tomorrow because of the board meeting... Nice!!

Second day

Today, I went in to WIT at 12:30pm because the Statistic class was cancelled. So I was free in the morning.
I only had 'ICT' and the 'Economics' today. The lecturer of ICT called and the lecturer of Economic called. They both told us what we will do during the semester and how we can study it better. But we finished early because the lecturers were busy. It was a short day. But tomorrow will be a long day.

These two books will definite help me to improve my english language, so that I can do and study better toward the bachelor degree.

First Day of Semester

Today was my first day of semester, It was my first day of my college day. Well, I went in to WIT yesterday for the course induction. I got the meet my course mates. They were 15 of us. :) I think it is a good number for a course because we will get to know each other better and it is easier to concentrate on studies. Oh ya, forget to mention, I'm doing INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS.

Yesterday morning at 10:15am, all of the freshers that are doing 4 years courses were meeting up in the college hall. We got someone to talk to us, Well, I forgot her name because I was late. :) They showed us the video for freshers, it's about the life in college and the facilities that are available. After the meeting in college hall, my course leader, Mr James Redmond brought us to the class. We introduced ourselves and we talked about ourselves.

I was really embrassed and I said :
Hey, my name is Maggie and I'm from Malaysia. The languages that I speak are Chinese, English and Malay. Malaysia is a hot country.

Isn't short??

We had about 9 Irish students and the rest are international students, like me!!

One boy from Hong Kong

The Irish students were from County Waterford ( Newross, Tramore ) and somewhere near Dublin..
All of them were nice and friendly.
After the induction, we're allowed to go home!!!



Today, I went in to WIT at around 11 and I went to the 'Wadding Luke Library'. The library is huge. I took out two books. Afterward I had my lunch with Orga. We both had mushroom soup with brownbread. I love the soups of Ireland because they are just so delicious. I like the way that all the ingredients are mixed together and it tastes gorgerous.
After lunch, I started at 14:15 for the 'Introduction to Statistic'
The lecturer explained to us what we will do on this modules. It doesn't sound hard!!
After the Statistic, I went home because I only had one module on tuesday.

All I can say about today is ' FASTASTIC '
I can't wait to go college tomorrow.

International Welcome Party

The INTERNATIONAL WELCOME PARTY is on tonight at 8pm at the Dome Bar. But unfortuantely I couldn't go because I'm sick at the moment. What a pity!!!
It will be so so so so much fun I think, but I have no other choice.
Anyway, I hope everyone enjoy it.
